These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Bonoverse Studios LLC ("we", "us") governing your use of the mobile game Buy the Dip (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Buy the Dip is an entertainment game. All trading in the App is simulated using fictional in-game currency. The App does not provide real trading, real money, brokerage services, or access to real markets, and it does not display live or real-time market prices. Rounds are either randomly generated or replay percentage price movements derived from publicly available historical market data; historical rounds are a depiction of past price movements only, and past performance does not predict or guarantee future results. Any ticker symbols, asset names, or events are used for identification and entertainment purposes only, do not represent an offer of or interest in any real security, and are not endorsed by or affiliated with any company referenced.
Nothing in the App is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it should not be relied on for any real-world financial decision. You are solely responsible for any real-world decisions you make.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and meet the App Store's age rating) to use the App.
The App creates an anonymous account for you automatically, and the game is fully playable without ever signing in. You may optionally link an email address so your progress can be saved and restored on another device. There are no passwords — signing in sends a one-time code to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email account, for keeping your sign-in codes to yourself, and for activity that takes place through your account.

We may remove content (such as usernames or scores) and restrict access for conduct that violates these Terms.
The App may include virtual currency (e.g., "Tendies") and virtual items such as cosmetics. These have no monetary or real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-transferable. We may adjust, manage, or remove virtual items at any time. Virtual items are not redeemable and, except where required by law, are non-refundable.
Purchases. The iPhone app may offer an optional one-time purchase (the "Supporter pack"), sold and processed by Apple. It unlocks in-game conveniences and cosmetic items only. It does not include virtual currency, has no real-world value, and can never be exchanged for money. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies. If you change devices, use "Restore purchases" in Settings while signed in to the same Apple ID.
Ads. The iPhone app may offer optional video ads that you can choose to watch for an in-game bonus. Ads are supplied by third parties; we do not control or endorse their content, and nothing shown in an ad is financial advice from us.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores or data will always be available or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the past 12 months or USD $10.
We may modify or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and us only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
